Bespoke Wooden Box Design Services, Samples & Ordering Procedure

Whether you need high-end wooden gift boxes, practical storage boxes, or bespoke branded wooden packaging, we take the time to understand your requirements and design a tailored solution for your product, brand, and budget.

Once your bespoke wooden box design is approved, we will produce a pre-production sample for your review before commencing full-scale production. This ensures you're completely satisfied with your wooden box before placing your order.

Lead Time for Samples:

Typically 3–4 weeks.

Note: Sample costs vary based on specifications but will be credited against your first full order of bespoke wooden boxes.

All our bespoke wooden boxes are made to order, so pricing depends on:

• Wooden box design and dimensions
• Quantity ordered
• Wood type and finish
• Custom features and inserts

Volume discounts are available for 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 units. For orders of more than 1,000 wooden boxes, pricing is available upon request.

Note: UK pallet and courier rates are billed separately.

Ordering your custom wooden boxes from Polmac (UK) Ltd is quick and easy:

1. Send us your official written order.
2. We’ll provide a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing of your bespoke wooden box and a pro-forma invoice.
3. Once you return the signed documents and the deposit, manufacturing begins.

Our minimum order quantity is just 100 wooden boxes, making our service accessible to both small businesses and larger organisations.

• Up to 1,000 wooden boxes: 6–12 weeks from receipt of order and payment of the deposit.
• Above 1,000 boxes: Lead time to be agreed.

Your wooden box order is confirmed once we receive all signed and dated documentation and the required deposit, at which point manufacturing begins.

UK Customers:

• 50% non-refundable deposit upon order
• Balance due on delivery (for the first two orders)
• 30-day terms from the third order onward

International Customers:

• Full payment in advance required
