With over 20 years of experience in designing bespoke wooden packaging products, Polmac offers a free design service. We take the time to listen to your needs and requirements and work with you to develop design solutions that will really work for you, whatever they might be.
Once a basic design is agreed and as part of our normal operating procedure, we will manufacture a pre-production sample of your wooden box for your approval, prior to full manufacture. This process will normally take two to three weeks.
Please note that samples will be charged on an individual basis. However, the cost of your sample will be off-set against your first order.
All Polmac wood presentation boxes, promotional boxes, gift boxes and packaging are custom made to order, so prices are calculated on an individual basis and will depend on the design, any special features, size, type of finish and the number of boxes you require.
The more boxes you order, the better the price we are able to offer you. There are discounted price breaks at 50, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 boxes. Prices for quantities above 1,000 boxes are subject to a specific quotation.
Ordering your wood presentation boxes from Polmac is simple and straightforward. Once we receive your official written order, we will send you a computer aided design (CAD) working drawing confirming the agreed design, and a pro-forma invoice. UK pallet and courier rates are charged separately.
Once these documents are returned, signed and dated as approved, with your deposit, we will commence the manufacturing process.
Polmac (UK) Ltd has a minimum order quantity of only 50 boxes. This ensures we are able to undertake work for smaller companies, and larger organisations alike.
Polmac’s usual manufacturing lead time, for up to 1,000 boxes, is six to eight weeks from receipt of your order and deposit. The lead time for quantities above 1,000 boxes is subject to agreement.
Please note that shorter lead times are negotiable depending upon the project, please ask for details.
Confirmation of your order is accepted when all the documentation is returned to us, signed and dated as approved.
For UK customers, a standard 50% non-returnable deposit is payable with all orders. The balance is payable on delivery for the first two orders; and 30 days from the date of the tax invoice for the third and subsequent orders. For non-UK customers full payment, in advance, is required.
