Whether you need luxury wooden gift boxes, practical storage boxes, or branded bespoke wooden packaging, we take the time to understand your requirements and design a solution that works for your product, brand, and budget.

Once your bespoke wooden box design is agreed upon, we will produce a pre-production sample for your review before full-scale manufacturing begins. This ensures you're completely satisfied with your wooden box before placing your order.

Lead Time for Samples: Typically, 3–4 weeks.

Note: Sample costs vary based on specifications but will be credited against your first full order of bespoke wooden boxes.

All our bespoke wooden boxes are made to order, so pricing depends on:

• Woodenbox design and dimensions
• Quantity ordered
• Wood type and finish
• Custom features and inserts

Volume discounts are available at 50, 100, 250, 500, and 1,000 units. For orders over 1,000 wooden boxes, pricing is available upon request.

Note: UK pallet and courier rates are charged separately.

Ordering your custom wooden boxes from Polmac is quick and straightforward:

1. Send us your official written order.
2. We’ll provide a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) drawing of your bespoke wooden box, along with a Pro-forma invoice.
3. Once you return the signed documents and deposit, manufacturing begins.

Our minimum order quantity is just 100 wooden boxes, making our service accessible to both small businesses and larger organisations.

• Up to 1,000 wooden boxes: 6–12 weeks from receipt of order and deposit paid
• Above 1,000 boxes: Lead time to be agreed

Your wooden box order is confirmed once we receive all documentation signed and dated, along with the required deposit, at which point the manufacturing process begins.
