Shipping & Delivery of Your Bespoke Wooden Boxes

At Polmac (UK) Ltd, every bespoke wooden box is quality checked and expertly packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Each wooden box is individually wrapped in white paper to prevent scuffing during transit.

We then carefully pack your wooden boxes and gift boxes in robust, five-layer corrugated cardboard cartons, designed to minimise impact and protect your order during transport.

Your cartons are stacked on pallets, securely shrink-wrapped, and moved to our loading bay, ready for dispatch. We work exclusively with experienced, insured international transport specialists in Poland and the UK. These carriers are experts in handling palletised loads over 250kg, ensuring your bespoke wooden boxes are delivered safely and efficiently.

All shipments leaving our factory are barcoded and fully trackable using advanced 'Track and Trace' technology. This ensures full visibility and peace of mind, from dispatch to delivery.

Palletised Delivery
For bulk orders, your wooden boxes are delivered on pallets directly to your premises or depot. Delivery is charged separately at standard UK transport rates.

Smaller Orders
For smaller loads such as individual cartons of gift boxes or wooden gift boxes, we deliver through our High Wycombe depot using trusted local couriers. After a final quality check, your items are dispatched and delivered straight to your door. These charges are added to your final invoice at local courier rates.

Depot Collection
Prefer to collect your bespoke wooden box order yourself? You’re welcome to pick it up from our High Wycombe depot by prior arrangement.

Once your custom wooden boxes reach our High Wycombe depot, UK delivery takes a maximum of three working days (excluding Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands, and other offshore locations).
